REFUND POLICY

 

If you are not satisfied with your CatchMyStory software purchase, you may get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Once a book order is placed, it is not refundable.  You should PREVIEW your book before ordering to see that each page is to your approval, such as margins, spelling, picture placement, etc.  The way you see the page in PREVIEW is exactly how it will print.

If your books were damaged in shipment, we will reprint and ship to you at no cost.

If the print quality is not satisfactory, we will reprint and ship to you at no cost.
